Cytotheryx, a preclinical cell therapy company developing treatments for liver disease, is receiving $60 million in Series A funding. The financing round will be led by Ouroboros Family Founders Fund I. Cytotheryx is a “spinout,” according to the company, of the Mayo Clinic, located in Rochester, Minn.
